Are you looking for a unique
venue to hold your corporate function? From Stampede BBQ's to country Christmas, we are the location for you. Our dedicated staff will ensure your event lives up to your company's expectations.

With your rental, you have use of the entire lower level including the kitchen to serve out of. (not a commercial kitchen so no cooking allowed). We do not require you to hire a caterer, you can provide your own food or do a potluck if you wish. Our tables and chairs are there for your use as well. We also provide bar service, with ProServe certified bartenders.
Pricing
The seating capacity is 115 people.
Barn Rental May 1 - Oct 31st, $1800.00
Nov 1 - April 30th $1600 .00

Booking/Damage deposit of $1000.00
“Non-refundable” original deposit of $1000.00 may be refunded only if your date can be re-booked. $500 is applied to rental costs and $500 is held as a damage deposit and returned after the event. This contract is non-transferable. We do not refund for COVID-19-related issues or restrictions unless we can rebook YOUR date. You may move your date within 15 days after making the payment. After the first 15 days, you will be permitted to move your date for a $300 admission fee.

Bar Service corkage Fees:
$9.00 per person fee for cash bar (minimum fee $450.00). You set the price per drink for your guests
$10.50 per person fee for host/open bar (minimum fee $525.00)
Renters supply all alcohol; we provide all other items, including mixes, ice, cups, juice, pop, garnish and Bar-tender 8 hours (mandatory)
All cash collected from the cash bar service is returned to the renter at night's end.
NO LIQUOR TICKETS ARE ALLOWED. NO SIGNATURE DRINKS, NO KEGS – This is non-negotiable.

There can be no food preparation in our kitchen due to a lack of commercial license, but your caterer can use the kitchen to heat and serve.

Bar Service
Our bartenders are AGLC Proserve qualified. We will provide you with friendly and skilled people who will add that extra touch to your event.

We provide all mix, garnishes, glasses and of course our friendly professional bartenders.

$6.00 per person fee for cash bar (minimum fee $300.00)
$9.50 per person fee for host bar (minimum fee $475.00)
Renters supply all alcohol, we supply all other items including mixes, ice, cups, juice, pop, garnish and Bar-tender - extra $20 per hour after 8 hours (mandatory)
All cash collected from the bar service is returned to the renter at the end of the night.
