Celebrate your holiday parties with us in our rustic setting. Enjoy the 17-acre park that surrounds the Barn. Enjoy the quaint embrace of the large fire as you make your holiday memories.

With your rental, you have use of the entire lower level including the kitchen to serve out of. (not a commercial kitchen so no cooking allowed). We do not require you to hire a caterer, you can provide your own food or do a potluck if you wish. Our tables and chairs are there for your use as well. We also provide bar service, with ProServe certified bartenders.
The seating capacity is 115 people. (Main floor rental only)
Barn Rental May 1 - Oct 31st, $1800.00
Nov 1 - April 30th $1600 .00
December 31 (New Year's Eve) $2000.00

Booking/Damage deposit of $1000.00
“Non-refundable” original deposit of $1000.00 may be refunded only if your date can be re-booked. $500 is applied to rental costs, and $500 is held as a damage deposit and returned after the event. This contract is non-transferable. We do not refund for ANY reason unless we can rebook YOUR date. You may move your date within five days after making the payment. After the first five days to six months before your date, you can move your date for a $300 admission fee. Within six months of your date, a move will be considered a cancellation, and you must pay a new deposit. If your original date is rebooked, we will return the first deposit.​
Bar Service corkage Fees:
$9.00 per person fee for cash bar (minimum fee $450.00). You set the price per drink for your guests
$10.50 per person fee for host/open bar (minimum fee $525.00)
Renters supply all alcohol; we provide all other items, including mixes, ice, cups, juice, pop, garnish and Bar-tender 8 hours (7 hours serving time and 1 hour supervising your clean up and locking up after you) (mandatory).
You can extend the hours for $25 per hour extra to the bartender.
All cash collected from the cash bar service is returned to the renter at the end of the night.
LIQUOR TICKETS are considered a HOST BAR. NO SIGNATURE DRINKS, NO KEGS – This is non-negotiable.

Due to a lack of commercial license, food cannot be prepared in our kitchen, but your caterer can use it to heat and serve.
We do not allow real candles, sparklers, fog machines, fireworks, fake flower petals, sprinkles, rice, or confetti of any kind. All tables and chairs must be returned to the walls at the end of the evening. We do not provide staff to assist with set up or take down. You have the space from 9 am to 2 am; everything, including your DJ, guests, and all your belongings, needs to be out of the building no later than 2 am. The day before set up or the day after clean up came to be booked at the daily rate. ​
No abuse of the staff or volunteers will be acceptable for any reason.

Bar Service
Our bartenders are AGLC Proserve qualified. We will provide you with friendly and skilled people who will add that extra touch to your event.

We provide all mix, garnishes, glasses and of course our friendly professional bartenders.
